Bordo Han

Bordo Han carries the warmth of Anatolian tradition into a contemporary silhouette.

Its deep burgundy field is framed by earthy browns, muted olive, soft blush and touches of ivory, creating a palette that feels rich, warm and beautifully aged. At the heart of the piece, a traditional geometric medallion unfolds through delicate floral motifs, while the surrounding borders echo the ornamental language of vintage Anatolian rugs.

The name Bordo Han is inspired by the historic hans of Anatolia, old inns and gathering places along ancient trade routes, where travelers, textiles, stories and cultures crossed paths. “Bordo,” the Turkish word for burgundy, reflects the commanding color at the center of the design.

Reimagined as a bag, the textile takes on a new journey. Its traditional pattern is no longer something simply admired in an interior; it becomes something carried, lived with and taken from one place to another.
