Returns & Exchanges

Due to the unique nature of our products, we do not offer voluntary returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We kindly encourage customers to carefully review product photographs, descriptions and measurements before purchasing.

This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Orders

Every Necla Heritage bag is carefully inspected and packaged before dispatch.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, or you believe an error has occurred during delivery, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Email neclamade@hotmail.com with your order number, a brief explanation and photographs of the issue where appropriate.

We will review your concern and work with you to find an appropriate solution in accordance with your consumer rights.

The Beauty of Vintage Textiles

Our bags are made from authentic vintage textiles. Small irregularities, faded colours and signs of age are part of their history and unique character.

These natural characteristics are not necessarily considered faults.
