1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to make purchases through our website.

2. Our Products

At Necla Heritage, we create one-of-a-kind bags using carefully selected, hand-woven vintage textiles.

Each bag is individually crafted, and no two pieces are exactly alike. Due to the nature of vintage materials, slight variations in colour, texture, weaving and signs of age are to be expected.

These characteristics are part of the textile's history and individuality and are not necessarily considered defects.

We make every effort to ensure that product photographs, descriptions and measurements accurately represent each item. However, slight colour differences may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

All products are subject to availability. As many of our pieces are unique, once an item has sold, it may not be available again.

3. Orders

By placing an order with Necla Heritage, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or product unavailability.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website.

Applicable taxes will be included or clearly indicated where required by law.

Payment must be completed before your order is dispatched.

We reserve the right to update product prices at any time. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We take care in packaging each Necla Heritage piece to ensure it reaches you safely.

Delivery times provided at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier services and circumstances outside our control.

If an unexpected delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

Your statutory rights regarding delivery remain unaffected.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the unique, handcrafted nature of our products, we do not offer voluntary returns, refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

We encourage customers to review all product photographs, descriptions and measurements carefully before purchasing.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, or you believe an error has occurred during delivery, please contact us at neclamade@hotmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, where possible.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue and relevant photographs.

We will review the situation and work with you to find an appropriate solution.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights, including the right to cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of delivery and your rights concerning faulty goods.

7. Vintage Textile Characteristics & Product Care

Our bags are crafted from vintage textiles that may have been in existence for decades.

Natural fading, irregular weaving, small marks and signs of previous use contribute to the character and authenticity of each piece.

We recommend following our Bag Care instructions to help preserve the beauty and longevity of your purchase.

Please avoid overloading your bag, exposing it to harsh cleaning products or storing it in damp conditions.

For our larger tote bags, we recommend carrying no more than 3 kg to help protect the vintage fabric, handles and seams.

8. Photography, Digital Content & AI-Generated Imagery

At Necla Heritage, we celebrate authentic craftsmanship and the unique beauty of vintage textiles.

From time to time, we may use AI-generated or digitally enhanced imagery across our website, social media and marketing materials to creatively showcase our collections, share styling inspiration and tell the story behind our brand.

These images are intended for illustrative and creative purposes.

Our bags are genuine, handcrafted products made from carefully selected vintage textiles. We make every effort to ensure that product photographs and descriptions accurately represent the items available for purchase.

Please note that lifestyle or promotional imagery may include digitally created or enhanced elements. For the most accurate representation of a product, we recommend referring to its individual product photographs, description and measurements.

Our craftsmanship is real. Our storytelling may sometimes be digital.
